Swimming. Swimming helps build more resistance and develop arm and leg muscles. Moreover, it lets you enjoy the cold water specially when it is summer.
Dance classes. There is nothing more enjoyable than swinging with the latest beat of music available. Not only it livens the spirit, but makes you also socialized with new people and talk aboout your interests.
Gem fossicking and crocheting. If you are a fan of adventures, you might try the new trend of traesure hunting. The said adventure is gem fossicking. If you have the taste of a peaceful leaiure activity try crocheting your new blanket for your loved ones.
If you want to go full steam ahead, here are some increased physical activity things you can add cycling Jogging Wall climbing Team sports Kayaking/rafting and Bush walking Aerobics to the list.
But whatever you do, do something. With more and more people slowing down activity after retirement, more are dying sooner. There really is an activity to suit everyone, and it will make you feel so much better.
